About Aisling

Aisling, a licensed assistant behavior analyst, is NCBC’s newest member. Aisling has nearly a decade of experience in assent-based methods, precision teaching, and compassionate shaping of functional living skills with high-support-needs clients.

Aisling is also a new mom! Despite her now unpredictable and exhausting home schedule, Aisling still commits to supporting NCBC with neurotypical-neurodivergent language translation, operations management, and consultation.

Aside from getting to know her infant, Aisling enjoys being outdoors with her dogs, Nova and Odin, baking treats to share with her friends, gardening, and reading.
