ABOUT NCBC

NCBC’s mission is to identify environmental factors affecting a person’s ability to feel safe and comfortable, reduce or eliminate harmful aspects of the environment, accommodate unique sensory profiles, and create safe learning, working, living, and social environments for the individual to thrive. We do our best to operate from a humble perspective, and provide strategies based on client-defined goals, needs, and desired actions in context. We encourage individuals to unlearn internalized ableism and embrace their authentic selves, and we provide guidance to identify their own strengths, preferences, and values.

NCBC was founded and is directed by Jess Coimbra, an #actuallyautistic and ADHDer contextual behavior analyst, and informed by colleagues and friends who share NCBC’s mission.

NCBC is based out of Seattle, WA, USA and services are offered across the USA and abroad either virtually with NCBC’s director and/or with other coalition members.
