About Alyssa

Alyssa is a recent University of Tampa graduate and is now pursuing her master’s degree at the University of South Florida. She is a world-traveler, environmental activist, feminist, and dog foster-mom! As the youngest member of NCBC, Alyssa provides invaluable support in accessibility and inclusivity, and she manages NCBC’s social media accounts. Alyssa consults with clinical coalition members about current trends, tropes, language, and shares her unique and vast perspective as a third-generation, biracial American woman, a big sister, a scholar, a youth mentor, and a member of generation Z, to inform relevant clinical programming for NCBC’s clients and their families.
